Spooky Season Programs

A close-up photograph of pumpkins, in varying sizes and colors including white, orange, and black, stacked together in a pile.

October is quickly approaching, and as the cooler weather sets in, we find ourselves getting in the spooky spirit. We’ve planned a month full of crafts, movies, history programs, and more. So whether you enjoy a good scare, or a just a small chill, the library has programs scheduled for every level of spooky!

 KIDS

  • Spooky Storyline
    • New stories released every week during October
    • Our Spooky Storyline returns! Throughout October, in addition to our regular Storyline, listeners can also enjoy a little fright. Younger listeners can enjoy not-too-spooky tales while those seeking a bigger chill can tune in to spookier stories. Dial 804-501-1946 to join the fun!
  • Krafty Kids
    • Saturday, October 12, 11-11:45AM at North Park

TEENS & ADULTS

In addition to the programs below, check out recent blog post about spooky craft programs and crafting resources for teens.
