Richmond Environmental Film Festival

The Richmond Environmental Film Festival (RVA EFF) showcases films that raise awareness of environmental issues relevant to the Richmond region, our nation, and our planet. This year, HCPL has partnered with the RVA EFF to present two virtual film screenings and discussions. Read on for details!
