Connecting with Webex

Most of the live online conversations offered by HCPL take place using Webex, a virtual conferencing platform that's free for attendees. Listings in our events calendar that allow remote participation will have links that will allow you to connect. Or, if you have the Webex Meeting ID code for an event, you can join the meeting in any of the following ways:

• Mobile app—search for Webex in your device's app store, or find it from the Webex website.
• Web browser—start from the Webex "Join" webpage, signin.webex.com/join.
• Phone call—dial +1 (415) 655‑0001+1 (415) 655‑0001 from any touchtone phone (US toll call; voice only)

Enter the Meeting ID code of the event and the password HCPL (on a phone call, use 4275). You can join our meetings up to 15 minutes before their listed start time.
