HCPL - Home

Henrico County Public Library is committed to being a part of every community in Henrico and we want to attend as many fairs, festivals, and community events as possible. If you are interested in having someone from HCPL at your event fill out the form below, call 804-501-1633, or email outreach@henricolibrary.org. We will respond within three business days.

We will only attend events held by non-profit organizations and are free to the public.
At least one months' notice is required for HCPL staff to participate in your event as a vendor/table/booth/speaker.
If you are interested in having the MLS van at your event, at least three months' notice is required. You will also need adequate space for a 28 foot vehicle to maneuver and park.
