Department of Social Services Office of Newcomer Services

Henrico County Public Schools Adult Education

Provides English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Classes and Citizenship Preparation Classes. Adult Education offers many opportunities for adults to enhance their knowledge in academic, career and technical education. (804) 328-4059.

Refugee Clinic, Henrico County Health Department

The Henrico Health Department provides health screening, referral, counseling and education for newly-arrived refugees. Refugees are not charged for services. (804) 501-4651.

Refugee Resettlement, Immigrant Services, and Interpreter Services

Through this office Commonwealth Catholic Charities offer resettlement services and assists immigrants. (804) 285-5900.
